New Freestyle and Foundations Course!
Designed for those dancing 4 years or less.

Learn tools and frameworks to be able to find your own expression through dance.
Small group training – starting in August 2024

Location: ICC Sydney
Class Duration: 90-120 minutes
Full Course: $200 for 9 weeks.
Drop Ins available at $25 per class.

• Foundations of Hiphop and House.
• Building confidence in connecting the dances/styles together
• Refining techniques for clarity.
• Frameworks and tools to develop your existing dance.
• Prehab techniques for longevity / avoiding common injuries.
• Understanding music/musicality
• Culture and history.
• Personalised feedback and mentorship to guide your journey.
• Optional homework tasks for self-paced development.
