JADE (Jasey & Dechen) presents “House Freestyle Intensive”

A 4 week deep dive dedicated for developing your dance through themed workshops.

If you are hitting some creative blocks with your freestyle dance, this course will help you unlock concepts for your movement and expression. In addition, JADE will provide exercises and guidance to strengthen and condition your body. Both Dechen and Jasey will take you through movement patterns to expand your vocabulary and understand how to improve your freestyle to find your own expression within the dance.
